Really fast response. Needed help with boiler in Uxbridge, turned up same day. The experience was very clear from the start. Baz was great, he was able to tell me the problem over the phone. He came and had alook and came back the next day to fix the problem with our boiler. He was polite and courteous and very professional. I had spoken to previous plumbers to get the problem fixed and all had let me down. I would recommend him to anyone with boiler problems as he knows what he is doing.

I was recommended local heros by British Gas. I requested for gas boiler engineer and received a response within 15mins. Then booked an appointment all swiftly. Shabhaz came and repaired boiled very quickly he didn't rush although it was late evening. He did thorough checking and reset the time control.He explained what the problem was so I understood clearly.Was very professional helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended. Thank you Shabhaz

This lovely man came and visited my dad. This must have been the 7th or more engineer to visit so we werent holding out much hope! 45 mins later everything was working and fixed and more importantly still is!! He was so patient and understanding and even helped my dad put the radiator cover back on!! Thank you!!
