The overall experience was terrible. They cost me ENGINE DAMAGE! First of all they did not keep the promises to the dates and were very poor in contact. Eg. They promised that the job will be done in 3 days and it was done in 7 days or we will contact you tomorrow and no contact was made for several days. Also it was difficult close to impossible to get anyone to answer the phone when I was trying to get any information. On several occasions I had to take a trip to garage to get any information about the repair in person so I could plan my work And last but not least- after first visit (04.04.2023) I was assured that truck is working perfectly fine and all issues are resolved. I spent 2.3k . They supposed to diagnose why truck is missing/taking coolant. I was assured multiple times that it is not taking coolant anymore, it was well tested and that I can check coolant level after 3 weeks but again it was tested so no need really to do so. In less than 2 weeks there was no coolant and engine started making weird noise. I sent the truck for a check again ( again poor contact, poor communication, poor estimate to the time needed to diagnose the truck) Engineer then told me that coolant actually was going into the engine and therefore there is an engine damage and I need new engine! For only 12k. I feel like it could be prevented if truck was diagnosed correctly during first visit after which I was assured everything is working great. When I told that to the Engineer they were trying to push the blame on my previous garage etc. Also nobody contacted me that truck I ready for pick up ( again impossible to call, had to come in person to ask and member of the staff gave me my truck back with no report on what was diagnosed) I asked for written report from findings, I was promised I will get it on email by Monday (2 weeks ago) and of course I did not receive one. I called several time left voicemails no contact back was made. Overall experience was terrible. I feel engine damage could be prevented if the engineers put little bit more attention and effort to diagnose it correctly. Im hesitating to buy ford ever again as if I cannot rely on ford service then who can I rely on if it goes to services etc. I would like to proceed with formal complaint . If you can advise how can I do it please.

My first experience dealing with SMC Transit Centre ( after having been recommended to them by a friend) has been very good: Yong, the sales executive that I had dealings with, has been very friendly and professional in his actions. Other staff have been equally friendly and helpful. I am delighted with my purchase and would have no hesitation in recommending SMC . Thank you

Stalf friendly but not enough stalf. Clean garages and sales area. Told parts wasn't genuine and couldn't find faults when were and another garage found in half the time. Paid for software update and software hasn't been touched. Sold EGR replacement but by the other items I probably didn't need that either! 1200 later and still not fixed. Sorry but not again.
