A great service and fair price for replacing the bearings in my cross trainer. My husband a retired engineer brought the fly wheel and Richard used his skill and years of experience to carefully remove the old bearings and fit new ones. No easy task. The trainer is now fully functioning and so no excuse tomorrow morning for my work out.
