        Nice guy but poor work. Unfortunately he didnt finish the job and the bits that he had done had some concerning factors, when I contacted Ray to discuss these he then blocked my number. He did not provide any certification for what he did manage. A real shame. It was a decent sized job including down lights and consumer board upgrade (the latter he didnt even start and the one he bought was too small). I chose Ray because he came across well when scoping and quoting, sadly that didnt transpire to his work.
