        Good prices and lots of items in stock, normally a bit of a wait but not to bad.

        Product knowledge is poor and the staff are rude and start to throw catalogue at people shouting I'm not an electrician, extremely impatient. TLC need to train staff better to deal with customers at the moment the guys there don't want to work. Wasn't like this few years ago staff were mature and use to build rapport with customers. But now it seems they just don't care about customers. Was going to spend near enough 500 yesterday but when I saw how rude they were I just walked out they just didn't want to work on Saturday they were in non uniform and just couldn't handle customers. Have to appreciate customers have valid questions as the catalogue doesn't have all the info.... really dissapointed
