The Orchard Surgery

This surgery is a nightmare! No routine appointments given only day ones which they have asked to call between 8-9am in the mornings! I challenge anyone to call between this time and try their luck if they answer or become available. They never have appointments even if you are calls are being picked up.. not sure what there purpose of running this surgery.. if they cant serve the community shouldnt be gobbling up the tax payers money..theres not a single professional who really understands why people need them.. all they can say is sarry you need to call beteween 8-9 am in the morrrnings. Summary: this place is run by a bunch of jokers.

No pharmacy should take an hour and a half to answer their phone line and Im still in the queue waiting.

I don't have option to give zero star, unfortunately had to give one star. I was on the call for more than 2 hours this afternoon with a auto response saying I am no. 1 in the queue. How can be someone no. 1 in the queue for more than two hours? While being on the call I went to the surgery to check what's wrong with the lines. There were more than 5 people complaining the same with the receptionists and the receptionists response was they were in short of their team. Worst surgery and worst receptionists, God knows what they were doing by putting someone on the call for more than 2 hours. How can we get better service from these people?

Dont answer the phone, been number one for 2 hours. Call at half 8 its now 11.05

We have to call hundred times , after that also not able to talk to someone, they never pick call , hung the call in between queue, seriously very disappointing. Horrible surgery
