The worst gp practice ever!!! Try to make an appointment, waiting for half an hour and when they answer keeps telling you" i can't hear you very well"and then when you tell them something which they don't like they hear you, and then just hung up.

Been waiting 3 years plus to get a colonoscopy. Was advised to get one every 2 years. Was given a form to call but then the Hospital never called back. Then they change the online prescription system and you are supposed to get a code to register. I never got that. Now cant get medication and now have to source this privately from outside the U.K. Was told a specific Doctor who I like would call me last week and I never got the call. I know the NHS is under strain but I think I might move practice as the older one gets you need to see your Doctors. Problem is there are not very many good Surgeries around in Slough. Its been up and down and Ive stayed loyal to this surgery for over 30 years. I feel sorry for the situation for all concerned.

Phoned on behalf of my partner whose suffering and was told that there's no appointments available. To phone either tomorrow or next Monday to speak with a particular dr. But, I phoned today to speak with my particular dr and there are no appointments..!!!! So what are the chances of phoning next Monday and being told there's no appointments again..This could go on for months. !!!!! It's not like she sees a doctor that often so when she needs one she's pretty ill. Would help if the receptionists wasn't so rude.

If you need help from a doctor the staff on reception tell you to go to 111 as doctor has no more appointments and when you do they say your GP could have sorted it out with easy and they don't do repeat prescription properly and when you complain they say it's your fault and then when you go above them in complaint's they hide the evidence that you have complain about
