Herschel Medical Centre

111 sends me here for out of hours and they aren't even open. This is after they've sent me to a pharmacy which has its system down. And no record of calls either by another 111 guy after we call them again to say they are closed. What is going on nhs.

Booked blood test. Sat for 1 hour to be seen. 1 slow nurse working. Poor service and a waste of time.

I don't recommend this practice at all, I wanted to book a visit for my 4 weeks baby, I have had letter from hospital as it was very urgent. I simply couldn't book a visit to the Hershel as none answer the phone by 2 days!!! next day I went the physically to book the visit and two receptionists ladies just said to me, you have to phone to book the visit, when I said I couldn't get it, she just said, really sorry we are very busy... yeah busy... I seen two patients waiting that day, and the receptionists ladies were talking to each other... this is crazy they should be shame by themselves. Btw the Hospital never should let us go to the GP, they should do the necessary tests instead. it's really sad, everyone pays the NI for treatment like that...
