No way you can call them, have to freeze to death outside for hours because everyone is queuing up to make an appointment. White young female receptionist very rude and racist. Refused to give me an appointment one week in advance even though the lady before me had no problem just because she was white. They have pharmacists working at the surgery because no one around is competent enough to do their job. The NHS is "understaffed and under paid". I completely disagree with this statement. It's people like this surgery's staff who steal money from hard working, tax paying citizens. The NHS and the Government need to start fixing these problems by getting rid of these kind of people.

I am shocked that these receptionists still have jobs they are increasingly rude and hostile, giving attitude down the phone after being put on hold 20mins. They open at 8am, I was on hold from 7:59 for 20 mins to be told the entire days worth of appointments have been met and that if I wanted to see anyone Ill have to go Cippenham, disgusting. Working as a HCA/student nurse for the local hospital I understand the pressures and demands that are put on GPs, but if your gonna give me abuse down the phone to tell me theres nothing you can do then leave your job so someone else more fitting for the role and less miserable can can take it. I called for help and I got disrespect and not for the first time either. Theres a reason its rated one star and is a joke of the community. If you actually can get an appointment, use at your own risk you will be there a while, as they are always running a absolute minimum of 10 mins late everyday. Its a shame really, such a letdown for everyone in the area that use them as their local.
