        Absolutely dreadful company, If it would let me give Zero Rating I would. My parcel has been in their depot since October waiting to go to China. I have been told all sorts of things as excuses but finally it has been sent back to me by Royal Mail today. ECMS are working with Interparcel so beware if you are sending anything overseas !!

        Chose this service through booking with Interparcel, from UK-Philippines. The item was booked and dropped on 2nd of Dec and it only departed UK on 17th of January. Unacceptable.
