        I am trying to report a FedEx van, MJ12PKA, that has been abandoned in the road where I live. It has literally not moved, night or day for an entire week. But FedEx is obviously not interested in feedback about employees/drivers. Basically if you're not spending lots of money with them, it seems you can get stuffed and their drivers/staff can do as they like with no fear of a member of the public getting through to make a complaint. Terrible firm, even for their industry, where the bar is set low!

        These people take photos of your front door when youre home and post to verify they attempt to deliver without ringing ( ring door bell) so you know they are there !! Is this a game?

        TNT repeatedly failed to deliver my parcel to the correct address. They didnt contact me about it. So I had to arrange with the company Id purchased the item from to go to the warehouse in Slough to pick it up. The staff in the warehouse were fabulous. However I left something there and it is impossible to speak to someone to arrange to collect it or to have it sent to me. Absolutely impossible.
