I approached Louise at Find your Strengths after I wanted to develop my IT business into a Small Company through expansion. Specialising in remote working IT solutions, 2020/21 was a busy year and Id spent what free time I had trying to get things moving but kept hitting the proverbial wall. Louise talked me through the FYS methodology and helped me understand where I needed to focus my attention.
