        Very poor service. For the 3rd time they have cancelled our appointment without telling us. Had to call to find out why they hadn't attended. Women on the phone was extremely rude and kept over talking me. Now, we have a leaking toilet and sink, which is causing further damage to our bathroom. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

        IVE JUST PUT IN A CALL AS NO HEATING AND HOT WATER. VERY PLEASANT GIRL TIA PROMISED A CALL BACK TO LET ME KNOW WHEN THERE COMING HOPE I DONT HAVE TO HOLD MY BREATH WITH ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ON HERE. IF I GET A RESPONSE I'LL BE BACK ON HERE WITH A 5 STAR !!
