BE AWARE!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! My Landlord recently hired "Peter Building Services Ltd" Builder Company to do full renovations on my rental property, and I was shocked by the complete lack of respect and professionalism they are showing. Everyday they leaving a disgusting amount of rubbish and debris all over the property, including hazardous materials and sharp objects. As a tenant, I am feeling completely disregarded and disrespected by their behaviour. The fact that they would treat someone's property and the tenant in this way is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of care and responsibility. I have photographic evidence of the mess they are leaving behind, even some days we don't have hot water, and the leaving the toilet real mess, like today we don't have no water and no toilet in a way because they put the toilet in the kitchen and no working flush, also today we don't have a cooker to cook and they didn't feel that they needed to tell us before hand so we could make the food before hand, they are spoiling our lot of stuff like fridge, washing machine, dryer and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using "Peter Building Services Ltd" Builder Company in the future, as they clearly have no regard for their clients because the clients are Tenant!!
