I called on Ryan last week as my notebook died a death! I couldnt boot it and had no backup media to try a repair Ryan took it on and tried a hard drive repair first which wasnt working, so with my permission (Great comms Ryan!), he reformatted the hard drive and reinstalled Windows then updated it in full (takes an age!) I picked the notebook up the following morning, reinstalled Microsoft Office and away I went with access to all my important files which I had saved on OneDrive! Great job Ryan, full attention paid to my problem meant I got the notebook back within 24 hours and the cost was very reasonable given the time and expertise required! I would certainly recommend Ryan to friends and family.

If youre a small business owner, who doesnt have the luxury of a dedicated IT team. Or worse still fear raising a ticket spells the end of a weeks work, then please call Ryan at computer-techmedic. We had a number of pc machines that had began to run slow. Additionally one had simply stopped working and was making a mysterious beeping noise and no screen life at all. Ryan arrived within a few hours of our call, analysed the issues, set our minds at rest, got to work and fixed all our machines. He talked us through what was going on without jargon, geek speak or trivia. Hes personable, good Humoured and fast brained. Im delighted with the output and wholeheartedly recommend his services.
