iCubes - Bespoke Mini & UCFF PC Specialist

As a first time customer of iCubes I was very impressed with the inital sales call and advise. With a technical issue that arose, I found the tech support team to be extremely helpful and kept me informed of things and what they were doing. They have resolved the issues, I now write this review reflecting back after a months use. I have a Intel NUC which I am very happy with and so pleased I purchased it from iCubes - having a tech support team onsite is so beneficial.

I ordered 3intel NUCs. Easy to use website, competitive price, good communication, delivered faster than agreed. I would definitely use again.

Be careful if you're a business purchasing from iCubes Tech Ltd as they have a 'no right to cancel policy' which is outlined in their terms on their website (under section 12). Unfortunately, we read this too late, and on requesting a return/refund we were told this would incur a restocking fee that starts at 25% of the value of the goods and increase if the unit is in a used condition. This is very unusual, and there are many companies out there who provide a better service and flexible return policy, therefor we'll avoid iCubes Tech Ltd in the future.

Really happy with our first order ( 3 x intel's) , quickly built and shipped over to us in Bolton , everything worked , well packed and delivered before the stated time - Thanks guys
