GEM CLEANERS

I recently had my flat cleaned by two cleaners from this company it was a deep clean which is meant to be more intense than a regular, but I still found dust behind and under most my furniture the rug wasnt even moved to clean under, I wouldnt advice using this service.

The experience couldn't have been better.Indeed, they are specialist in End of Tenancy Cleaning. I will defintyly recommend them to my friends and family. Staff is very friendly im just bit worried about my deposit and thank god my landlord is very happy I get my all deposit back I'm very pleased with their services and Thank you Gem Cleaners.

Gem Cleaners did a brilliant cleaning job ! End of tenancy cleaning, I had a 3 bedroom house which was in a real state. It hadn't been cleaned for years. Team arrived on time, gave me ballpark costs and left the place v clean. Colour of my carpets were revived and rediscovered the colour of kitchen cabinets. Washing machine was cleaned, inside cabinet and toilet. It wasn't a nice job. The guys worked v hard.

I booked a After Tenancy Clean up with Gem cleaners when we left our rented property. I wanted a professional clean up as I was very busy moving to our new place and also wanted my deposit. However, with more than 10 hours of cleaning the end result was very poor. There was only 1 cleaner and the job could have been done much more efficiently with more help. 1.Kitchen was mopped but there were several grease stains after drying. 2. Toilet Cistern was used to drain dirty water and was not cleaned. 3. Dishwasher, inside the cupboards, windows were not cleaned. On a good point, the oven and the extractor fan and the carpet were cleaned thoroughly. However for the money spent, I didn't get a professional clean up and there is a risk that I will not get the whole of my deposit. I cannot recommend this company
