Hi . Really bad feedback from me. Last Saturday this garage replacement two tyres my car 1 h 40 minutes . Two tyres!!! Second. Employee does not care you car he nearly damaged my car. Thirdly Someone lost school. Invoice has wrong model car and wrong number plate. Please back to the school. The owner unfortunately did not want to accept the complaint and doesn't talk with me. I didn't even hear the word sorry. Never again see me. Please don't going this garage. Unfortunately, the owner and employees are not responsible people Kind regards Piotr

Ive taken my car here a few times and the guys are brilliant! Recently had an issue with the door handle on my car and they managed to get it sorted for me. Friendly people and great service. Thank you

I have used Rosewood for many years and would absolutely describe their services as exceptional in every area. Lovely people to deal with. For example when my wife has had car problems she has on occasion needed to drop in without an appointment and tyres have been inflated, windscreen wipers fitted etc without fuss and at very reasonable rates for the parts, minimal for labour. It is old fashioned service at its best and I have always recommended Rosewood without reservation to my friends, always with positive feedback. Over the years I have found them to be totally trustworthy and in an industry not noted for integrity they shine like a beacon compared with the main dealers I have experienced before finding Rosewood. As a consultant to National Trading Standards I am quite conscious of service quality. The only thing that puzzles me is the star rating - it is 5 plus stars for me every time, I would not even consider using anyone else. Service: Brake service & repair
