Woman in shop was very rude and aggressive. Talking quietly to a colleague saying I wish we could ban people like this. When asked about it she replied "were having a private conversation do you mind." Very aggressively. Will never ever visit this shop again horrific customer service.

I have spent so much money here over the years and the staff have always been so polite. Recently you have had a staff change and the new lady is EXCESSIVELY rude .... I will never go here again and will make sure others know how rude your staff are
