I have had an Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio for about 2 years. It has spent 20 weeks in the garage and still has ongoing problems. I have been left without a ceourtesy car, squabbling between the dealers and Alfa Romeo about who pays for what. Do not buy one of these cars. Alfa are NOT geared up to sell expensive cars and are NOT capable of proper customer service. After having all the front suspension replaced it still has an awful noise coming from the front wheels. The dealer has said it is not drivable, however Alfa are willing to let me drive the car away and await their Italian tech team to come up with a fix. That endangers me and my family. That is just dreadful. Do not buy one of these cars.

Ordered some accessories on 16th December for a Christmas present for our son, who purchased a new Alfa from a dealers. Should have known from past experience that the items would not arrive in time - probably fortunate to receive them at all. Typical Alfa. Nice cars, great fun, not overly reliable though and terrible after sales.

Where do I start. . I would not even give it a 1 star but have too. Took my car in with a fault in Jan 2018, to date have still not had my car back. When contacting head office in Milan I have been lied to every week when speaking to customer service. The ETA on a cable harness was 1 month, then it got changed to a another week, to then be told there is no ETA on this part. Today I received a call to be told as the laws changed in the UK in January with the parts they use in Italy it couldn't be sent over here! My question is, Alfa romeo would have known this when it flagged on their system for this part. Not 1 person had the customer service skills to notify me, but they lied to me. They think this ok and how customers should be treated. I was reluctant to buy an Alfa for all the bad reviews, thinking times have changed. How wrong was I. I would stay well clear of this group and go with a manufacturer that knows how to treat customers. Not even a good will gesture to compensate for being lied to and taking 5 months to fix my car. Terrible service, terrible company, terrible lack of communication between all parties, dealership and head office. Don't expect them to sympathise with you for their mistake and lack of customer care. Total shambles and waste of my time trying to contact them on an update as they not once phoned me to give me an update!
