Somebody either very junior or incompetent in their sales department. Called up enquiring for a price as wanted to sell my vehicle - guy gave me a very low price, which is absolutely no problem at all. I then asked him Im having trouble obtaining my full service history. Could tell he was annoyed as werent happy with his price and said Id have to come in to get that?! I told him Im pretty sure he could email and he said no. Then as a test called the same branch asked for my service history and they said sure email us the V5C and driving license and will ping it over. Have a word with this guy - Im happy to explain over the phone. I couldnt remember his name as he was mumbling!
