Purchased a Nissan Duke in my favourite colour Vivid blue, From the onset the sales rep Will Seyer was outstanding, explained everything in great detail about the car whilst showing me, fantastic test drive, Will was very knowledable, and certainly knows his cars, A great asset to the company. offered great after sales and additional services that would be of benefit to me, a lovely friendly young man, that made my experience in purchasing a car a great delight, plus the benefit of a free Mot and Service and even Taxed it for me, fantastico

As soon as we walked in it didnt feel welcoming, no one about for the 1st 10 minutes, then when someone becomes visible I asked her is there anyone one from sales about she laughed and went yer I will have a look. About 5 minutes later a man shouted over the balcony yer when we have some one free we will send them down help yourself to coffee (machine out of coffee) can honestly say I will never go Back there and unfortunately they have lost a cash sale now. Shocking customer service.

Shocking customer service. Shocking workmanship. My husband and I ordered a new 23 plate Qashqai, when we went to collect it the dashcam had been poorly fitted needing an engineer to come into the showroom to fix the poorly fitted dashcam and there were small dents/chips to the front bonnet of my brand new car! All that money for a car that already looked battered. Weeks prior, when we took a demo car for a test drive we were told that the car would have park assist, lo and behold when we received our new car it did not have this functionality. To say disappointing is an understatement. A complete shambles and very stressful time. Live and learn. I part exchanged my lovely Evoque for peanuts and have now ended up returning the 23 plate Qashqai due to the way I was treated and for substandard quality of the vehicle, I eventually was issued with a refund but obviously was returned the peanuts I accepted for my Evoque leaving me unable to buy anything decent. I am out of pocket and have lost all faith in Nissan. Never again. Customer service?! What's that?!
