    Bought a car from them a few weeks ago. The day after getting it loads of scratches started to appear. My bodywork buddy told me about a old trick using WD40 to hide scratches. So check bodywork when buying from these people

    Please AVOID purchasing from here. Sam the owner has caused me nothing but stress after selling me a faulty car on finance. Case is now going to court, putting a pregnant woman out of convenience. See email below. Dear Sameer, It is with great dissatisfaction you have left me no choice but to start formal legal proceedings against you and your company Prestige Cars Berkshire. I have been put through high levels of stress constantly having to chase you for repairs to the vehicle I purchased on Friday 27th January 2023, which was a White Audi Q3. Thursday 26thJanuary 2023, you confirmed with Saad a representative from Choose My Car, that the vehicle had no issues, neither were there any faults described on the vehicle ad on your website or Auto Trader. Off the back of this, when I rang to confirm a collection date you confirmed again that there were no issues with the vehicle however, you would need to hold the car for checks, servicing, and cleaning. February 1st, 2023, after chasing when the car would be ready to collect, your colleague offered to deliver the Audi to my property due to the lack of communication which I accepted. That evening you came with a relative and after inspecting the car, you left the vehicle with me, expressing a tyre fault and the rear lights not working and the arm console was completely damaged. You advised that I could have the lights done at Halfords and that you would order a new console, anything else was covered by the 3-month warranty provided by your company! Again, as I had already waited a week for the vehicle after purchasing, I didnt argue. Upon having the lights changed, it was discovered there was a bigger fault and the entire rear light compartment needed repair. The rear tyre was completely flat the following day, and the tyre pressure lights was continuously popping up. A week later the engine light appeared where you advised to have a Diagnostic done locally which you would reimburse. Following the vehicles diagnostic, it was found the Nox Sensor needed replacing and the tyres needed change immediately. Had you have sold me the vehicle with honesty and had acted as a professional business and taken responsibility for selling me a faulty vehicle, I would find myself in a more understanding position. As it is your responsibility for falsely promising all checks and servicing will be done prior to me receiving the car you cannot ask me to leave my car in Slough over the course of a week because you asked for a week to sort these issues out upon purchase. I am currently expecting, and I need to have my vehicle to commute to work as well as be road safe. You cannot ask me to leave my vehicle to repair in your own time without providing a mode of transport back into London or put a pregnant woman out of convenience, especially when I have been nothing put patient with you! Below is a list of outstanding works left on the Audi Q3 that need immediate repairs. If you were unable to offer these repairs, without putting me out of further inconvenience. I can provide you with a quote from a local garage to have these paid for by your company. Alternatively, you can refuse to act or provide a reasonable solution and I will proceed with a Court Hearing. Please note I have evidence of reporting all these issues, time of calls as well as the phone recording with Saad from ChooseMyCar upon transaction. Right rear light compartment completely water damaged. 3 tyres almost at legal limit Tyre pressure fault Oil change due Arm rest complete damaged in need of replacement ( Apparently on order since February) Removal of Lock Wheel Nut (You still have this from changing 1 tyre in February)
