Well simply A++ service and dealership. I got in contact with Mo (owner) at AM Autohaus after seeing one perfect example of the car I was after advertised on autotrader. The car was unfortunately high in demand and Mo promptly got back to me to say there was already a viewing or 2 booked on the car but I was next in line if they fell through, he kept me up to speed with each of the viewings and thankfully I managed to grab a viewing 3rd in line which resulted in a deposit to be put down. Prior to driving the 2 hour trip to view the car Mo was helpful and went out of his way to answer all of my questions asked about the car and also provided a very good walk around video that I requested. We then took the trip to view the car which once again was just as advertised and Mo was just as helpful and invested in me the customer in person on the day as he was on the phone. I paid the deposit and Mo held the car until a week later when I could pick it up I felt super confident and comfortable dealing with Mo from the get go and all his cars come with an exceptional warranty and are thoroughly prepped to perfection. Very genuine, helpful and kind guy with a very good and highly recommended business. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend or buy from this guy again! Mo just goes that extra mile to make the experience that much more enjoyable! Thank you Mo once again I cannot recommend high enough and I will be back

*Update as I cannot leave another review as Ive already left one I approached Mo again after such a great service, just asking for advice on the market, prices etc and didnt realise Mo actually also bought cars direct. Mo honestly just makes processes so simple. We agreed a price for the car I bought a year ago over within a day or so, I shared some pictures back of the car, sent in my settlement and Mo literally arranged for transport to come and collect the car direct from my house. Like everyone, I struggle with time outside of work and family and Mo just truly made the process so simple. Thank you Mo! Anyone looking to sell a car or buy (or both!) give Mo a call. Genuine guy and just a great to work with. I was in communication with Mo at AM Autohaus for a few days as I was travelling for work. The car I enquired about was unfortunately placed on hold and reserved. I was looking for a car with FSH, low miles and taken care of, you could tell by the pictures and it's history it had been. I was gutted to hear the car was on hold but Mo said he would let me know if it fell through. True to his work, a day or two later, the chap purchasing the car couldn't get finance and was offered to myself. We agreed a 'virtual' deal for my part ex and honestly, I cannot explain how down to earth Mo was throughout the call, emails and communication in general. I visited a few days later on a weekend, went for a drive and again Mo was super relaxed, I had his undivided attention and no question or request was too big or too silly. I felt super comfortable dealing with Mo and all cars purchased through him come with an exceptional warranty. I'm loving the car, it drives superb! I had to follow up with Mo regarding the battery on the car a few days (maybe 6-7 or so..) and literally without hesitation, Mo found the nearest dealer to me of my choice, paid over the phone so all I had to do was bring the car. Unbelievable. Thank you Mo again. Cannot recommend high enough.

He is a very friendly and genuine guy. He made the process very smooth and stress free for me. Offered excellent customer service and he knows his stuff! Would highly recommended.

First class service all round! Mo couldnt do enough for me in helping the purchase of my Golf R! Stayed in contact through the entire process and answered any questions I had straight up! Top man, top dealership! Highly recommended
