I am extremely disappointed and upset, I purchased a car 7 months ago, it has a problem with the central locking not working and they promised to fix it, his friend (who apparently doesn't work for them anymore) tried to fix it but ended up breaking the door. Now I have a broken lock and a broken door and they won't answer my calls or e-mails. Its been many months of excuses, we are very upset, the car cannot be sold on in this state. I also had numerous problems with the deregistration from my car that I part exchanged with them, speeding tickets, bus lane fines and parking tickets from London arriving at my door and in my name for many months. I had to contact the DVLA to get it sorted, they had not transferred it out of my name which they should have done the day we part exchanged, someone there must have been using it, for what I do not know. I can only advise to avoid and go to a proper garage, not one of these yards. I will be contacting trading standards and if I can get their name(s) my insurance company about the door.

Bought a car from them in 2013. I dont want to go into too much detail to protect my identity. But they are 100% con men. The car they sold me ended up in the scrap yard!

Avoid at all costs! I purchased a car from this company which had many faults. They have denied all knowledge of ever selling the car. Do not trust any of them!
