Great customer service when I walked in at 230pm and had a cake ready for me by 445pm. That's outstanding when I left getting a cake to the very last minute for my girlfriends birthday

I had a very specific idea of what I wanted for my sons 1st birthday and Sugar Village were not only patient with my requests, but surpassed my expectations with what they delivered. They made the cake look amazing but also taste delicious. It was a lovely soft sponge with a really great buttercream frosting. Cant recommend them highly enough.

It was my first time ordering a cake and they did not disappoint. The team at Sugar Village made a beautiful bespoke 'Umrah' cake at short notice and what an amazing job they did! All were very complementary of the look and it tasted absolutely LUSH!!! Definately a new family fave and go to for all cakes!! Great customer service and strongly recommend!!!

I ordered a large cake for my sons 5th birthday and it was truly amazing. I had sent in a photo of what I wanted and it is exactly what I got. They copied the cake so well and the details of the cake were really impressive. Not only did it look brilliant but it tasted great too. I had one tier chocolate sponge and the other was vanilla sponge. Both were equally tasty and went down well with all guests. I would highly recommend this company for both their amazing customer service/communications and their high quality cakes. I have already told all of my friends and family about them and will be using them again in the future. A huge thank you for such an incredible cake and all round experience.
