        I believe this people operating from home address even if you have a parking permit display on the vehicles the operators issues parking tickets the operators don't have any ID or badge and drives Luxury vehicle no sign on them, taking a photograph picture and send you through the post even the photograph picture evidence they send you is not a clear enough photograph picture and demanding to pay PCN. What we need to do is we all Report to Authority to stops illegally issue a PCN on our vehicle Especially like PCM Parking control management.
