        A store manager opened an account for us which has taken longer than the 30 minutes for parking, parking unit wasn't working i couldn't enter my plater number next thing i get a penalty notice, come back to the bank, had to wait a queue.

        If you want to open a new bank account, please stay away from Metro bank, totally useless. when you walk in to open an account, you will end up being attended by new trainees, after you explain all your situation and details and provided all documents you needed, there will be a one line message this trainee will send from his computer to the senior staff at main counter, the message will never have anything except, one line of what he wants to say, the answer will come back in one word "NO" . Having sit there for so long explained all your situation to someone who has absolutely no say in what they here, you will be out of the door in no time. YOU WILL REGRET GOING HOME SPENDING HALF-A-DAY in that USELESS BUILDING. PLEASE AVOID
