The Staff needs to be trained on supporting customers on basic needs such as statement printing for visa purposes. The Kiosk only provides transaction amount not the balance after transaction, which makes the whole kiosk statement of no use for such purposes. Added to that only one or two people know how to print visa statement, manually adding numbers to the template. I had to ask them many times to correct such numbers as the manually added numbers were wrong for Minimum Balance in last 28 days. My last request for such document was passed through 5 HSBC persons in the branch, taking a total of 2hrs of time. This is not productivity on both sides. This is a very general use case for visa purpose and HSBC should automate such prints using templated forms & calculating the data automatically (rather than fill them manually).

Absolutely diabolical service, one person on the counter, make millions, sorry billions in profit, yet such rubbish and appalling service. Such long waits. And they call themself a good bank... keep dreaming.

Pathetic experience. To open a bank account, we need to go multiple times even after providing all necessary docs. Most of staff don't have required knowledge at all & is insensitive & rude. Everytime you go there they will keep you waiting for hours & don't resolve the issue as well.
