Kept waiting to do a transfer. I was advise it will take 15 minutes but was 55 wait no service. This is a disregard for customer time. Customer service slight poor. I left no service.

Best Customer Service Experience Ever: I am not a Barclays Customer but I transferred some money by mistake in someone's bank account (Barclays) I am no longer in contact with. I wanted to reverse the transaction but told by my bank that they are unable to help me in this regard. I was turned back hopeless from my own bank. I then decided to go to Barclays, I was hopeless until I met with Kate Dennehy who is manager in Barclays, Queensmere, Slough. Kate went out of the way to help me. She gave her 100% and helped me get my money back. Kate, If you can read this... I just want to say Thank you. You are the best. You are the reason I am going to switch my bank account to Barclays.
