Not a real #retailbanking, we are lost customer because they are not able to make a simple international transfer to one of our suppliers. They need 21 days to trace what happened to our funds and the staff does not know difference between SEPA and SWIFT payments. Where is our money? If you are not able to make a swift transfer, stop offering the service!
