Nova House

This building is under poor building management. Several times we are suffering with water problem and heating issue in apartment (specially in winter). The worst part is Complete as letting agency! They are not helpful, rude in nature and force tenant to pay all maintenance cost for repairing in apartment. Not a single problem handled without argument in my 4 years staying. Every year rent is getting increased and now it touches almost 1300. There are many hidden costs being paid. Parking is claimed as part of rent, but i never got that facility. Insecure fire exit for open access to outsider/drug-adicts, several complaints lodged, but no permanent action. Not a good place to stay!

water problem, lift problem always. will only prefer as a last option to stay this apartment.

This is not good place I will say. Couple of time water cut in a month is normal here. This apartment has two lifts but one left is mostly not operational. Twice I have noticed both lifts was not operational those were worst days of my experience here. Every week loud fire alarm checking is horrible. This building has some fire safety issues it seems (not sure what exactly) thats the reason you will see 24/7 fire wardens around.

I was first to live in this apartment since the building was open in November 1st, 2015. My tenancy will last for exact 3 years and 7 months. In the first two years everything was cool, the apartment has great insulators, nicely furnished. However we suffered for water cut for few times a year. Starting from the second year, especially after the Grenfell Tower fire, Slough's council took over the building since it has failed the fir safety, the whole layer of the cladding covering the building from outside is worst than matches!! since then we're living in a hell!!! fire car 24/7 is outside the building, two firemen 27/7. This is not the worst thing, the worst is the property manager, Complete LTD! my first two managers were ok, but the last one,"Joanna Ferreira" in basic words, she doesn't give a ******. I don't have hot bath shower for over two months! and contacted here several times but just one engineer came, and did nothing actually!!! it was a great building but now I cannot wait to leave it. In few, there are lots of better buildings around, don't be tricked by this building!
