West Central Apartments

Our flat itself is nice. Everything is close by, station, shops and a big Tesco but the noise outside is so annoying as we are at the front. Cars, lorries, drunk people making noise also theres been non stop construction going on for 4 months it is so noisy have to keep windows shuts. One thing that is extremely frustrating the lifts never work and they take ages to get it fixed. Living all the way on 6th floor with a baby I was not able to take the pram and baby down the stairs to get his food. I also called the apartments number and called everyday but still we had to wait ages for the lift to be fixed.

I stayed there during summer 2018 and I do really appreciate the owner and his continuous care, place is very nice clean secured near to high street and bus station it is one of the best apartment where you can stay especially if you have a family and look for a decent place.

I have been living here 3 years was really nice at the beginning then all of a sudden South indian came in and the building is full of them They refuse to put there rubbish in the bins and just leave it on the floor If you don't respect where you live why live Here we in England do it our self that's what we are taught from a young age we don't have servants here to put your rubbish in the bin

not recommended, I am living here since tree years and I cannot wait to leave. At the beginning it seems nice but then you face the reality. the building has constantly problems, the door is not working, then the lift, then another doors , then the bins are full for days, the plants have been abandoned, the floor is dirty and full of cigarettes. I have been contacted by the police at least 6 times because of violence or vandalism acts in the building. there has been a gun shooting just in front of the entrance. I have been awaken many time by drunk people making noise until the police arrived. It is just a nightmare, also there is absolutely no parking space and you cannot get the permit because for this building the council doesn't leave the permit.... they expect you to use the train. I had friends that wanted to move in the building thinking it was nice but then once inside and after few months they just wan to leave as well. I have been stolen a bike and my friends as well, but absolutely no support from the management, no cameras (Although there is one in front of the bike parking) no support at all. It is not worth it and I just can't wait for my new place without all these problems!
