        The leading care company truly care about their customers and their welfare is always top priority! The carers especially have the most wonderful interaction with their customers and you can see how much the customers look forward to their daily visits. Sarah who is one of the team leaders in the community cares so much about all the customers she looks after and was so lovely to be around. The ladies in the office all so sweet and help with any question or queries you have. Amazing management team!!!!!

        I have worked at TLC for the last 8 months, I received a very in depth induction when I started. In such a short time I have been working with TLC I received a promotion. The high level of care and caring nature of everyone who works here as a team is exceptional. Care workers wear their uniforms with pride.
