We found the pub the day we got the keys to our house in Bedworth. Now we come back every 7th of the month. Love the pub, and the food! Such friendly staff, creates a really warm and welcoming atmosphere!

When we got there we had to wait to be seated. Once seated we ordered our drinks and they came relatively quickly. We ordered our food and as our son has type 1 diabetes he took his insulin in preparation to eat. The food took nearly half an hour to arrive, the diabetic should be eating within half an hour of injecting. I work in the service industry and understand sometimes there is a delay, or reasons for hold ups. We experienced long waits on our last visit in March but it was a bit busy that time and we do like the food so we gave it another chance. This visit though it was nearly empty. A table that was sat after us recieved their starter and mains before we even got our mains. The food, once it arrived, was nice but the wait somewhat ruined our experience. As I said, I understand there can be delays for one reason or another but no-one came to tell us what was going on and there was no apology for the long wait. Food was great, had a dessert which was also great but the waiting times were too long.
