Thank you so much for your lovely help, very professional, didnt know what I wanted just explained to Ian what I needed and he recommended the exact item that was suitable for my event. The box came nicely packed and has CLEAR instructions of what to do, how to set up, how to pack it back, and the delivery was an easy transaction to drop off and pick up, I must say thats one less stress to worry about. Initial emails with Ian were promising. He was very helpful in helping me chose the best option for my wedding day and was very responsive. We hired the remote controlled confetti canons which were posted to us with printed instructions. On the day when being set up, during the test run while following instructions step by step, the canons misfired early. I emailed the company a week prior to my wedding to double check delivery and collection date. I was not told a specified collection date and on my wedding day received a notification from the courier saying the canons were being collected next day, not allowing us time to arrange for someone to be in for this. Had the canons not misfired they'd have been perfect, the confetti was as requested and fired well despite misfiring. Going forward the company need to specify and confirm collection dates with people prior to the day of the event.
