I would like like to say a big thank you to Jake at Gatewise Ltd for an excellent job well done! After my initial telephone contact with him Jake followed up quickly with a site visit to look at the intermittent problems I had been experiencing with the operation of my automated gate. Jake diagnosed the main problem straight away as being related to photocell sensors and also a problem with the main control system programming. Having accepted the very reasonable quote for replacing faulty photocells and reprogramming of the gate control system I was immediately offered the same day or a date that suited me to carry out the work. I opted for the same day and all work undertaken was completed with minimal disruption and to a very high standard. I am extremely pleased with the results and would definitely use Jake and Gatewise Ltd again for any future requirements. If youre looking for quality gates, good value and sterling service in the Forrest of Dean area then look no further. We had a large manual wrought-iron gate recently installed on our property and Jake has done a phenomenal job despite the difficulties presented by the way of installation due to its location on the edge of a void. The job required a creative and can-do attitude which Jake showed to have both in abundance. The quality of the materials used are either at par or superior to whats available from the competition as this company is very serious about offering the best local price to quality ratio. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Jake who really cares about the high standard of his work and the satisfaction of his clients. My wife and I are very happy with our gate and the overall experience of dealing with this company. I feel confident recommending Jake and his company wholeheartedly to anyone looking for new gates or wanting to upgrade existing ones.
