Our experience with Bradley Stoves has been wonderful. Right from the start, they replied to emails right away and were very attentive when we were in the shop. They gave us great advice about what stove would suit our home best. I was impressed with the level of knowledge and how efficiently the booking and installation were handled. The installers were friendly and did a great job. The stove is beautiful and excellent value. It's just amazing how much better it is than an open fireplace. I would definitely recommend Bradley Stoves.

The guys at Bradley Stoves came out this summer to fit our Fireline stove and I wanted to wait until wed used it a few times before leaving a review. Initially, the guys didnt arrive when we were expecting them to, but after contacting the office this was quickly resolved. When the guys did come out, they were both very professional, informative and tidy. The entire room was covered in protective sheets leaving us with minimal mess by the time they were ready to leave, which was impressively the day after they started our gas fireplace to stove conversion. Managing not to damage or crack the current surround and fitting the stove beautifully, the guys left us with a detailed explanation of how to use it. It not only looks great, but heats our front room just how we were told it would and imagined. We are genuinely chuffed, especially the dog who likes to lay in front of it in the evening. Thank you Bradley Stoves for a job well done.
