When I contacted them regarding an ETA on my first aid kits order for my workplace, I spoke to 'Krystal' from their operations team who was extremely courteous and dealt with my enquiry extremely swiftly. Overall, I can honestly say that I have found Aero Healthcare as a service provider based in the UK very reliable and a genuine commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction for going above and beyond. I can highly recommend Aero to anyone for their competitively priced first aid products and efficient turnaround that sets them apart from other suppliers I've used in the past.

        Still waiting for a parcel due to be delivered in June (!). What's even more shocking I can't get any precise information on the status of the shipment. Most recently, the phone stopped working entirely!
