        Disappointing. We bought 2 cars from Doves in the last few years. No problems with the cars and their service was good when they were taking money from us. They recently contacted me stating they may be interested in the Volvo I bought last year. As it happened, I no longer need it so enquired about selling it back. After attempting a few calls and emails (initially they had written my email address down incorrectly) I now can't get a reply from them at all! It seems now they're not interested, I don't exist. As a result, I won't consider them for my next purchase.
