        We used Ian for a taxi transfer to East Midlands airport. He was on time and assisted with the cases and wheelchair. He was very polite and drove in a professional manner. On arrival he helped us into departures and waited until he knew we were ok to be left. On arriving back into the uk he was waiting for us in the terminal which was reassuring. I highly recommend Ian because of the quality of his vehicles and his customer service which is truly five star. We will use him again. Great prices also.
