        Went for a family birthday meal it was OK nothing special staff was nice.

        The pub is nice and staff were friendly and attentive. The food however left a little to be desired. The portions were tiny, more of a child size portion, I was not satisfied after the meal. I had the scampi and it was cooked and tasted fine but looked very aneamic and unappealing. Another of our party had the XL hunter's chicken, again a small portion. Maybe we just picked the wrong dish as we have experienced much better in the past.

        Had a Sunday roast it was ok just wish the food had been fresh and not tasted like it had come out the freezer
