    Small confrontation over wording of a contract. If your boiler is under warranty and you use MBMS to service it and they find a fault ,they are not allowed to repair it owing to contract conditions . You still get. 90 bill for attending. Gray area

    MBMB confirmed that they could provide a service I was looking for and booked in a visit for today by one of their engineers. The engineer didn't arrive, I phoned MBMS, the engineer didn't realise he had been booked for my appointment then MBMS told me they didn't even do the service I had asked for. Very unprofessional, a waste of my time, I would think MBMS would know what services they provide. As an existing customer I will not be using their services again.

    Fantastic to start with, thought great, said don't worry we will have you up and running in no time. After 2 weeks of no installation date given and multiple phone calls, price was agreed. Was then told they would not install my new boiler as my husband was rude. I have secondary progressive MS and asthma, I ended up having a cold and left with no heating in minus degree temperatures and no boiler fitted Service: Heating system installation

    We had several quotes but decided to go with MBMS, The other companies seemed to think that our requests were problematic or not possible but these guys took everything in their stride, Over the years we have owned a number of houses and have had all sorts of plumbing work undertaken but I can honestly say that Jason and Graham were by far the best team of Plumbers I have ever come across... We were simply amazed at how well they carried out the job ! Service: Water heater installation
