James is a fantastic tradesman, he is one of very few I would recommend. He actually turns up when he says he will, if there is any delay he will let you know. Each working day he will tell you what he is doing so you are both on the same page, absolutely love all of the work he has done for us and can't speak highly enough of him! Hire him for your work and you will not be disappointed.
