Very poor service, very bad manners, all in all not a nice experience.

Took a ring for resizing, and its been damaged. Tried to look at the ring in store upon collection but was quickly told therell be no issues with it. The last few days Ive been looking at it and its been dented with a noticeable flat spot. Customer service was shocking, would much rather have a chat with mates than spend time serving and dealing with my needs. Irreplaceable ring, and now completely ruined.

I have seen some negative comments and have found the service I have received quite the opposite. I have taken 3 watches for new batteries, and at 5 a piece a lot better than a starting price of 11.45 at Timpson's in my opinion. Anything I asked was replied in a very friendly and professional manner and nothing was any trouble so for me would highly recommend and the selection of goods are wonderful quality at a more than reasonable price. I have been in many times and will continue to do so.

Really poor service. The lady was extremely rude to myself and my mother in law. My bracelet broke after one wear, it was a present from my partner for Christmas. I took it back to the shop to see if they could repair, she told me it was my fault and the piece should not be worn daily. After I dropped it off she told me she would call, I heard nothing for 2 weeks and had to call back to find out if it had be returned. As I couldnt get to collect my mother in law kindly collected, the lady was rude to her and also charged for the fix. The fix is very obvious and has totally ruined the bracelet. All round very disappointing and upsetting. Will not be using again.

I had two rings resized. Great service, really fast and excellent result. Absolutely delighted with the results and so well priced! Highly recommend, gorgeous collection of jewellery as well!
