Terrible support. I have had the displeasure to use this service on a number of occasions. There are so many things wrong with the provision that is provided that I don't know where to start. I'll list a few things I've experienced. Having a treatment plan agreed, then having it cancelled because they've changed their mind. Having a plan agreed with one person, only having another disagree and changing it. Being told you are not ill, despite the evidence of numerous hospital psychiatrists, crisis teams and GP's. Me cancelling appointments in time, only to have them write to my GP to say I failed to attend (that's happened a few times) I cannot work out if this place is so overwhelmed with work they cannot cope, or they just don't care. The last member of staff I had an appointment with was so rude that I decided to never use this service again. Take my advice and go online. Mind, Samaritans etc are better than the lottery that is the Willows.
