We have just had our Diamond Model (DMS2) serviced for the first time since installation. Huge thanks to Dayton Holland, our service engineer, who arrived as scheduled and completed the service and appropriate paperwork with efficiency and with excellent customer service. To whom it may concern. We have been dealing with Allerton for many years now and have always found them most knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I rang the company on Friday afternoon to report that the pump on our septic tank was not working and the tank was overflowing. They kindly told me that they would send an engineer out on Monday to resolve the problem. His name is Daytan Holland and he has just left after fitting a new pump and solving the problem. My husband and I were amazed by his professional knowledge and amazing customer service. Even more impressive is the fact that he is unbelievably only 18 years of age!
