It's near impossible to see a GP Face to Face. The nurse practitioner is very miserable, doesn't let you speak and cuts you off. Paramedic is useless, refuses to prescribe and asks you to.come.back if still not well after " self caring", knowing full well what a battle it was to get an appointment. I'd move surgeries but nobody local is taking on patients from other surgeries. The state of the GP surgery is poor.

On this occasion I didn't have to deal with the continually rude and obnoxious reception staff who should have all been fired a long time ago before now along with the so called practice manager!! This time I was fortunate enough to deal direct with a nurse who was polite, caring, efficient and a benchmark that the whole medical group could well learn valuable lessons from. As a life long sleafordian I have seen this medical centres overall efficency fall to woefully low standards which are an embarrassing state of affairs to say the very least.
