Its disgusting what's happening to this world. I was fined with a CCJ or whatever for apparently more than a year and had no clue till I checked for credit card applications. This was for parking fine and had trippled because they sent the letters to wrong address, if I had known about this ahead of time I would have paid, but obviously these firms just want to make money off hard working people and didnt bother to call me. I find it hard to believe that they had my previous address but no phone number. Well as soon as I found out I paid the whooping fine and my CCJ is still there, it hasn't been cleared yet, its been 6 months, sorry but are we still living in primitive times, why is it taking so long. Its impacting my credit score which obviously you don't care because you just need your money.

This nasty uncaring so called solicitors do not deserve to be in business they act on behalf of vehicle control services [parking scam firm] they sent a letter about my disabled 88 yr old dads parking breach for not displaying his blue badge in a private car park . My sister and myself are now defending court summons it was explained to elms that dad has dementia and the blue badge displaying had been forgotten due to his dementia and proof of his illness was sent to them wow what a disgrace these lot didn't even have the decency to write back but instead issue summons . Under 2010 equality act i suggest they come up to speed with the law themselves i just hope when i defend my dad at court the judge picks up on elms solicitors vcs ltd and the owners of the land . Elms need a lesson in common sense and compassion.
