        we are currently buying and the vendors are using these incompetent and some what rude people refusing to reply to our lawyers after one month?? these people have to be reported to the Solicitors Regulation Authority. be aware!!!

        I used the Sleaford conveyancing team for my recent move and I highly recommend. I wouldn't think of going to anyone else. Big thanks to Lorraine who got my difficult purchase finalized over the last 2 weeks. Throughout my move I can also thank most of the team - Julie, Daniel & Emily were also always available via telephone and each query or update I asked for via email was met with an almost immediate response.         Consistently poor and almost entirely absent communication throughout. Almost cost us our sale on more than one occasion. The person who recommended them to us described RingRose as "Pretty bad, but the least bad of the housing Solicitors I've encountered". If that's the case - Heaven help whoever has utilized the alternatives.
